Introduction
The Graduate Program in Computing (PPGComp) at the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG) offers an in-person Academic Master's degree in Computer Engineering. Since 2012, the program had more than 160 graduates, many with publications and dissertations recognized in national and international awards.
The selection of regular and special students is carried out every six months, before the start of each academic semester. Previous and ongoing notices can be accessed via the Notices menu or the FURG’s Graduate System.
The Master's degree in Computer Engineering has been recommended by CAPES since 12/20/2011 and approved by the CNE, Ordinance MEC 1324, of 08/11/2012 (DOU 09/11/2012, section 1, p.8).
