Projects

Research funding is obtained from federal and state funding agencies, in addition to various research, technological development and innovation projects in partnership with national and multinational companies, as well as projects financed by the European Community and iTec/FURG.

Examples of projects that have been or are underway include:

- INCTMar - CNPQ project associated with the National Institutes of Science and Technology for the Sea, where the program's professors coordinate the line of technologies for Operational Oceanography (6 professors);

- iTec/FURG EMBRAPII: agreement with the Brazilian Innovation Company involving the technological development of 8 projects with companies in 3 years of operation, involving the areas of Robotics and Automation (10 professors);

- TecNaval - FINEP project involving technologies for autonomous vessels, involving navigation and perception (4 professors);
